Purpose

To provide a channel for undergraduate students around the world to work in both experimental and theoretical projects in the research groups in our Department. Through this program, we hope to give students training in practical experimental skills, provide them opportunities to get in touch with current research topics, and prepare them for future postgraduate studies. Successful applicants will work with the world-leading research teams in our Department.​

Period

Between June and August 2024 (starting time and duration can be flexible)​

Who are eligible to apply?

Current Year 2 or Year 3 non-CUHK undergraduate students​

How about stipend?

Successful applicant will receive a monthly stipend of HKD15,000​

Schedule

Application Procedure

1. Check the list of research projects.​
2. Submit application (together with CV and a copy of academic transcript) directly to the professor(s) whom you are interested in their research through email by 31 January 2024.​
3. Offer notification will be sent to successful applicants by 21 February 2024 through email.​
4. Successful applicants should confirm the acceptance by 28 February 2024.
