- Quantum sensing for condensed matter physics, bio-medicine, and energy applications
- Developing quantum sensors and protocols to study intriguing problems in condensed matter physics, bio-medicine, and energy devices.

- Nano-bio interfaces
- Nanovaccine development for cancer therapeutics and autoimmune diseases
